**Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
We offer tracked shipping for all orders to the United Kingdom.

* **Standard UK Shipping (Tracked):** £4.95
* **Free Standard UK Shipping on all orders over £50**

Our estimated delivery time is **7 to 15 business days** from the date of shipment. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

**Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking**
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

**Multiple Shipments**
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be dispatched from different warehouses. This means that if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
Gainsford Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order upon its arrival in the UK. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

**Damages & Lost Packages**
Gainsford Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@gainsfordstore.com and we will do our best to assist you.
