**Our Commitment to Quality**
At Gainsford Store, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

**Eligibility for a Return**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**How to Start a Return**
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gainsfordstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. If your return request is accepted, **we will provide you with the specific return shipping address for your item(s) and detailed instructions via email.**

3. **Please do not send items back without receiving these specific instructions**, as the return address varies depending on the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or sent to an incorrect address, will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

**European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same eligibility conditions apply: your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

**Return Shipping Costs**
For returns due to change of mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

**Refunds**
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gainsfordstore.com.
