At GainsStore, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

**Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off Period)**
Under UK and EU law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of your notification.

**How to Initiate a Return**
1. Contact our customer service team at support@gainsfordstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 2. We will provide you with the return address and necessary instructions.
3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return.

**Return Conditions**
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned:
* Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them.
* With all original tags and labels attached.
* In the original packaging, whenever possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet these conditions.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

**Defective Products**
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at support@gainsfordstore.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will reimburse the return shipping costs.

**Exchanges**
Due to our business model, the most efficient way to process an "exchange" is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order in the desired size or item.

**Return Shipping Costs**
For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. For defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
